Golden Peony Introduces 'Gou Bu Li' Rice Dumpling with Iberico Pork Collar
A festive delicacy, the time-honoured tasty rice dumplings are back at award-winning Golden Peony from 4 th to 18 th June 2018. This year, renowned Executive Chinese Chef Ku Keung and team have merged authentic flavours with uniquely sourced ingredients, to create an array of fillings for these customary delights. The highlight this year is the melt-in-your-mouth 'Gou Bu Li' Rice Dumpling, made with exquisite Iberico Pork Collar and Salted Egg Yolk. Also making its debut this year are two other new flavours – a healthy Vegetarian Multigrain Rice Dumpling filled with Monkey-Head mushrooms and a sweet Green Tea Lotus Paste Rice Dumpling. Back by popular demand is the X.O. Sauce London Duck Rice Dumpling, as well as the perennial signature Traditional Hong Kong Style Rice Dumpling.
