  Teochew Porridge is something well-liked by the young and old.   I'm not sure if families actually still cook Teochew porridge at home? I recalled when I was a kid, I would visit my grandma every weekend and she will cook Teochew Porridge which consist of watery porridge (sometime with sweet potatoes), Bean Sprouts with Tofu, fried luncheon meat, steamed fish, lup cheong in black sauce and chye poh omelette.
