Umi Uma's dining experience was really awesome. The food is good and the effort of showing not only the chef's skills but also their sincerity in ensuring we get the best quality food is what entices someone to patronize this place. The food is delectable and the meat is tender. The ambience is a plus and it's definitely worth dining at this place.

The city of Sihanoukville is a port city on the Gulf of Thailand in southern Cambodia and Explore the historical sites of Wat Krom in Sihanoukville which has a unique and beautiful architecture. Aka Wat Krom means 'lower wat' and lying on a small hill on Santipheap St. overlooking the ocean, Wat Krom in Sihanoukville is dedicated to Ya-Mao, a local deity.

Do not worry about the menus as they are changed daily so that you get the best dining experience onboard Genting Dream.

The Bistro by Mark Best serves delectable Modern-European dishes that will send your taste buds spiralling for more. The pairing of different wines such as the King Fish, Finger Lime & Kiwi Fruit Ceviche paired with Penfold Bin 51, Eden Valley, Riesling 2016 wine is perfect. The dishes are unique and scrumptious. I would recommend you guys to head down there to try out their speciality dishes, especially Lobster Rendang with Potato & Leek. This is a western dish that has an Asian twist to it, which goes perfectly in sync together. This fresh lobster dish is recommended to be paired with Beringer Private Reserve Chardonnay, Napa Valley, 2014 wine.
